Point
fixed of great simplicity and exceptional strength specially designed
for load-bearing walls. The pin of total length (L) is composed of two
sections: the first, embedded in the wall (E), and another section which
projects out to the length (X), the end of which supports the weight (P)
of the cladding.
The installation consists in drilling a hole in the wall, the disposal
of the waste products, and the filling with epoxy resin or non-contracting
activated mortar before finally introducing the tie.
The ultimate tie regulation is possible thanks to the difference between
the diameter of the introduced piece and the tie.
This model of anchorage is available in a wide range of diameters and
lengths to deal with the situations and loads of each cladding panel,
as well as the wind conditions. |

This system, in its version GR-ESP-PI,
allows the fastening of slate and porcelain cladding panels since it frontally
supports the cladding panel, applying a constant pressure on the “tras-dos”.
The tie of the part is completely mechanic, by a die-cut flange fixed to
the pin and complemented by a stainless steel spring.
The anchor models GR-ESP and GR-ESP-PI are available in a wide range
of diameters/ metallic (M) and lengths (L), for a better adaptation to
the precise characteristics of each cladding, to its load and wind conditions.
The calculus have been carried out in a density of 2800
kg/m
