The Project is located in the Industrial Area of El Masnou, Barcelona (Spain), and holds the head offices and services of the bank Caixa Laietana. Architecturally, it is resolved with two types of cladding systems, a curtain wall and a ventilated façade. Its design includes continuous vertical and horizontal joints, and as a detail to strengthen the stone, all of the windows are also covered in slabs of the same material. The system that resolved the fastening of the panels was PF-ALU/CLA. As the building is close to the sea and is therefore exposed to saline mist, the profiles and auxiliary elements
were treated with anodized marine protection.
