Building of public use clad with stone panels and with sealed joints to avoid the entry of water originating from the rain and controlling the ventilation of the panels with entry and exit of air to the chamber located at the base and coping in order to facilitate renovation. Architecturally, it combines the use of apparently solid panels with large glass surfaces that give a simultaneous appearance of lightness.
