The History Center of Zaragoza occupies a building with a new floor, that reinterprets the space used by the church, cloisters and convent of Saint Augustine. Also, said building has incorporated historical elements conserved in situ such as the bell tower and the baroque façade of the church from the beginning of the 18th century.
The property consists of two basements, ground floor and two upper floors. The total useful surface is 6.585,70 m2. In the position of the old cloisters there is now a gardened area for public access.
The stone façade is formed of sections at different heights, highlighting the horizontality, while the vertical joints are blocked. Sistema Masa decided that the best solution for support of this project was the PF-ALU/HPL system.
