The SIETE 77 tower building is located at the calle 77 Avenue in the nerve center of Bogotá - Colombia, and has a sombre and elegant appearance, mixing glass and black granite. The building perfectly combines two construction types, the alternate translucent and solid façades in glass and granite, using continuous granite panels on the four corners. The construction system used on this building is GR-CLM, an adjustable isolated anchoring system. Basically, this is the system par excellence used in many of the large buildings and projects in Colombia, due to its safety, anchorage with bolts and drill holes in the cladding.
