The project forms part of a block format, of which it occupies approximately half, sharing the rest with two other buildings. It is located on the old terrain of the Altos Hornos de Vizcaya ironworks, which disappeared in the 80's.  Later, RIA 2000 proceeded to urbanize said terrain that has configured the area of Lasesarre.
The façade was conceived as ceramic ventilated. The ceramics expert Toni Cumella was contacted, who offered the possibility of creating different types of pieces that when combined gave a range of textures, which was considered very appropriate for the effect of variability and colors that was initially sought, but was enriched. The pieces were matte and shiny, always in dark grey tones, with the matte piece alternatively positioned backwards to strengthen the texture. The construction system adopted was designed by Sistema Masa and is part of the MASA Specials product range.
