Office building with ventilated facades

Complex of three office buildings located on Bilbao, Pallars and Llatzeret streets in Barcelona, ​​buildings covered entirely with extruded ceramics from Casa Favetón, including interrupted cladding in the service area and stair access. On the facades of Bilbao and Pallars, a double skin was designed as a brise ceramic soles in different positions and geometries. The solution adopted by Sistema Masa for the support of this double skin was completely custom-made and falls within the MASA SPECIALS.
