It forms part of the Maremagnum complex that is a shopping center located in the España dock of the Old Port of Barcelona. The Cinesa building has a ground surface of 3,200 square meters. The set of buildings is the result of the transformation and recovery of the Barcelona coast initiated towards the end of the 80's, motivated by the Olympic Games of 1992. Specifically, the cinema building is a blind box fully clad in granite with one single façade for public access, with a large glass surface as a curtain and access to the rooms. The System selected for support of the panel cladding was GR-CLM, an adjustable isolated anchoring system.
