DescriptionThe versatility of this profile more than surpasses any other in the market, since it allows speedy assembly by doing away with the double angle brackets, which are substituted by just one larger sized bracket that is anchored to the profile with four or six self-tapping screws. This guarantees a perfect long-life joint being able to support typical cladding loads and also wind loads within all the established safety coefficients. Due to its U shape, the thermal insulation layer can be positioned along its whole length, thus minimizing thermal bridging.
This very wide range of models allows choosing the most appropriate dimensions in keeping with the project requirements, guaranteeing perfect stability even at a distance of more than 6 meters.
FeaturesConnection between vertical profiles
All vertical profiles have splicing elements for all the sizes manufactured. Said splicing has been designed with the idea of allowing differential movement of the spliced profiles guaranteeing free x action effects of heat expansion to which the system may be subject.
The connection between the splicing and the vertical profile is carried out by means of two sets of self-tapping screws that connect the profiles with the splices. One of the sets is fixed on the oval splice holes, thus allowing a free vertical movement of the profiles themselves (see figure D1)
The PF-ALU and PF-AL-Tube profiles are accompanied by a very wide range of support items called ES-ALU. The combination of these facilitates resolving the various cladding outward distances, and also to resolve any structure out-of-plumb problem that may arise. The ES-ALU are manufactured in various sizes, (from 45 up to 208mm), in their Articulated, Built-in and Wind versions (in keeping with their application).

If required, Sistema Masa has adjusting wedges available for correction of any level deviation without it being necessary to remove any of the supporting elements in the vertical profiles.
