GR-ESP (MARBLE, LIMESTONE, SANDSTONE, GRANITE)

Description

Clip specifically developed for panel claddings installed on masonry walls, half carrying; designed for medium loads, longitudinally ribbed in order to provide higher strength and stiffness. The connection to the supporting structure is performed by making a drill hole with a diameter of approximately 30/35 mm for models GR-AM-V and GR-AM-R and of 8/10 mm for the model GR-AM-HOR. Subsequently, the waste material must be removed, carrying out a mortar filling with non-shrink additives. In the case of the model GR-AM-R, the connection to the panel cladding is made through a circular cut in the thickness of the panel and the introduction of a clip with a forward bending (see description). In the models GR-AM-V and GR-AN-HOR, the connection is made through a drill hole in the thickness of the panel and the subsequent introduction of a push rod. In all three cases, it is necessary to fill the rear side of the panel with MCP-mortar (or similar), according to specifications. In the case of model GR-AM-NEW, a more discreet anchoring (visible or hidden) has been developed for use with porcelain materials, with an installation procedure similar to that for GR-AM-R. In all four cases, it is necessary to fill the rear side of the panel with MCP-mortar (or similar), according to specifications.

GR-ESP-PI (SLATE, CERAMIC)

Description

Single fixed anchoring of great simplicity and strength for self-supporting enclosure walls. The bolt with total length (L) consists of two parts, being the first part built-in inside the wall (E) and the second one protruding from the wall with length (X), which supports the weight (P) of the cladding at its end. The assembly is done by carrying out a drill hole in the supporting structure, then the waste material is to be removed, realizing an epoxy resin filling or a mortar filling with non-shrink additives and the subsequent insertion of the anchoring. The final adjustment results from the difference between the diameters of the drill hole in the supporting structure and the anchoring. The GR-ESP-PI version of this system allows fastening slate and porcelain claddings because it can hold the cladding on its front side by exerting a constant pressure on the rear side of the panels. The panel is fully mechanically fastened by means of a stamped flat bar fixed to a spindle, on which a stainless steel spring is mounted. The anchoring models GR-ESP / GR-ESP-PI are available in a wide range of diameters/sizes (M) and lengths (L), for a better adaptation to the specific characteristics of each cladding, supported loads and wind conditions.

GR-CLM (MARBLE, LIMESTONE, SANDSTONE, GRANITE)

Description

Single fixed anchoring of great simplicity and strength, for self-supporting enclosure walls. The technique implemented in this type of anchoring features the use of a bent stamped and machined flat stainless steel bar for adjusting the axis (x) by means of a simple set of nut and lock nut in order to ensure correct vertical and horizontal levels. The axes (y) and (z) are also adjustable and they are fixed by means of a safety-lock washer that prevents the detachment of the clip. This anchoring model is available in a wide range of thicknesses (e), distances (X) and diameters (M) for a better adaptation to the specific characteristics of each cladding, supported loads and wind conditions.
