Sistema Masa has been awarded the energetic rehabilitation works of the City Hall building envelope, which includes the reform of the main façades and dividing walls with ventilated façades to adapt them to regulations and improve the energy efficiency of the building.

The actions that will be carried out with this work include the rehabilitation of the main facades of the building through the complete replacement of the current stone cladding, which presents a risk of landslides, by a ceramic ventilated facade system with mechanical fastening that will improve insulation. and therefore, energy efficiency.
