Cevisama closes this year's event with industry optimism high

The fair mainly focuses on the ceramics industry but natural stone and bathroom equipment professionals are also present. A total of 682 exhibitors, 196 of which were from outside of Spain, set up stands. This very positive assessment is in line with the results of the Spanish ceramics industry which closed 2015 with a 6% increase in sales, 3,075 million euros in turnover. In terms of exports, 80% of sales went to countries like France, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Algeria.

This year, special focus was paid to habitability and renovation of houses with special sessions on “Renovation, habitability, social integration in existing housing.”
